March 12, 2013, The Lincoln & Logan County Development Partnership is sponsoring a Manufacturers & Distributors Leadership Council on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 in Dowling Auditorium at Lincoln Christian University. The discussion will center around workforce development issues and spot light successful programs from the region. The program features Kim Kuchenbrod, CWDP, Workforce Development Consultant at Vermilion Advantage, Danville, IL.

Following the program, there will be a panel discussion including Steve Stewart, Human Resources Director, Excel Foundry; Michael Sloan, Dean of Agriculture and Industrial Technologies, Illinois Central College; and Curt Oldfield, President of Spoon River College.
