Present: Rick Aylesworth; Terry Carlton; Bob Farmer; Kevin Bateman; Gene Rohlfs; Chuck Ruben

Guests: Sheriff Steve Nichols; Steve Siltman; Doug Brooks, Terry Storer, Bob Thomas

Mr. Aylesworth called the meeting to order at 7:05 pm.

A motion was made by Mr. Farmer, seconded by Mr. Carlton, to approve the minutes from November 1, 2012 as printed. Motion passed.

Mr. Storer presented the November 2012 call report.

TICP – Mr. Storer reported the contractor is doing fine-tuning of the plan with the State. January 9th is the anticipated exercise date. The anticipated scenario is a major solar flare causing disruption in communications pathways.

Hazard Mitigation Update – The next scheduled meeting is January 17th at 4:00 p.m. in the Blue Room. Recommended projects from the committee members will be presented at that meeting.

Grant Review – Mr. Storer reported work continues with the EM-COM grant. Electronics installation is ongoing and the proceeds from the grant continue to materialize. Documentation for all other grants has been completed for the past quarter.

A motion was made by Mr. Carlton, seconded by Mr. Ruben, to pay the bills as presented for payment. Motion passed.

A motion was made by Mr. Farmer, seconded by Mr. Bateman, to adjourn the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 7:11 pm.
