"From the Ground Up" (FtGU) will be on site to launch the 2013 "Plant the Town Red" project by planting red tulips donated by Alderman David Wilmert, Alderman Kathy Horn and City Treasurer Chuck Conzo. Red tulips will also be available for purchase from FtGU (100 bulbs for $15) to those wanting to help "Plant the Town Red" this fall.
